The cost of the cleaning service depends on the type of service you choose and the size of your house or apartment. If your home is in a condition that requires special attention and will take an an additional hour to clean we will reserve the right to adjust the quoted rate. If this were to occur we would communicate this with you and receive your approval before we would begin to clean.

The standard cleaning service will focus on the most essential areas of your home. These are the areas where you spend most of the time: bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living area.
We will dust surfaces, shine appliances, scrub and disinfect countertops and fixtures, and vacuum and/or mop floors. Click here for a more detailed review of what is included in a standard cleaning.
Yes you can. When booking online you have an opportunity to add additional areas to be cleaned along with the cost for the additional item. If you do not see the area that you want to be cleaned just call and ask. We are capable of handling most other additional cleaning tasks.

We offer discounts for weekly, biweekly and monthly standard service.
We also have a referral discount of 20% off of a cleaning service price when a person you have referred to us has had at least one cleaning service performed for them. For example if you referred your friend and they had a cleaning service completed for them we would then apply a 20% discount to your next cleaning service. To receive the discount the person you have referred would simply need to enter your name as a referral when booking online and/or mention your name when they call in to establish their service.
No we do not require contracts. There are no fees charged at any time if you have signed up for a standard cleaning service to be performed at a regular scheduled interval and you wish to cancel or pause your service. We are happy to earn your trust and business every time we clean.
We will ask for payment after the cleaning service has been performed. You can pay either by cash, check, or credit card. If paying by credit card we will provide you a payment link from our bank (Chase Bank) for you to enter your credit card information for payment.
You will receive a reminder email and/or a text before a scheduled appointment to remind you of your upcoming appointment. There should be a link that will allow you to reschedule or cancel the appointment. We ask you to please provide at least a 48 hour notice before a cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. This can help eliminate any problems in terms of helping to provide you a reliable consistent experience for your cleaning service
We recommend that for first-time cleaning that you be present at the home. That way you can meet the cleaners, and you can show them around your house or apartment. You will also be able to observe your cleaners in action to review the quality of their work.
Often our clients can not be present for the cleaning service and will instruct us on how to enter the home.
Yes we do. You do not need to buy any cleaning supplies for us to clean your house. If you have any special needs such as unscented products just let us know.
If any issues occur during the cleaning our cleaners will call the office immediately. We will then notify you and work to find a timely resolution. We carry insurance if there happens to be any unfortunate mishap for which we are liable.
Please notify us before a service begins if there are any irreplaceable or high value items in your home that we should be notified about so that we do not risk damaging them.
